Every property is handed back the same way: cleaned to our room-by-room checklist, presented for the next guest, and reported on if anything needed your attention.
Kitchen and laundry
Benchtops and stovetop disinfected, oven checked, fridge and microwave cleaned inside and out, dishwasher emptied, floors vacuumed and mopped.
Bedrooms
Used linen stripped and beds remade, furniture and decor dusted, wardrobes checked for left-behind items, mirrors and skirtings cleaned.
Bathrooms
Sinks and vanities disinfected, toilets thoroughly cleaned, bath and shower scrubbed, screens polished, drains cleared, bins emptied.
Living, dining and balcony
Lounge vacuumed, cushions arranged, surfaces disinfected, outdoor furniture wiped down, BBQ cleaned as required and rubbish removed.
What the guest sees first
Fresh linen, folded towels and a restocked bathroom are what a guest notices in the first sixty seconds. Add the linen option at $50 per bed, an essentials top up at $30, or a welcome basket at $25.
Take what you need on any given turnover and leave off what you do not. All prices are exclusive of GST.
