This form is an enquiry, not a payment. Tell us the property, the date and the window between your guest checking out and the next one checking in, and add any linen, essentials or welcome basket you want included.

    Add-ons

    Select anything you would like includedAll prices are exclusive of GST. Refillable containers for the Essentials Top Up are to be provided by the host.

    Access and notes

    Do not include codes you would rather share by phone.

    Is there parking at the property? *Properties without parking facilities that incur a parking fee will have the parking fee passed on to the host.

    Pets, stairs and lifts, bin days, rubbish room location, appliance quirks, anything a guest has reported.

    Our rate

    $55 per hour, no extras.
    All prices are exclusive of GST.
    Sunday and public holidays incur a 25% surcharge.

    Add-ons

    Linen $50 per bed.
    Essentials Top-Up $30.
    Welcome Basket $25.
    All prices are exclusive of GST.

    Before you book

    No payment is taken on this page. We confirm the booking with you first and invoice afterwards, payable within 7 days.
    Changes or cancellations must be advised within 24 hours or will incur a 50% fee.
