Cleaning Checklist
The same clean, every property, every turnover
Our standard cleaning checklist helps ensure every property is consistently cleaned, prepared and guest-ready.
It is worked room by room so the result does not depend on who is rostered on or how long ago the property was last serviced. Every item is part of the hourly service at $55 per hour, except where an item is marked as part of the linen package or the amenities package. All prices are exclusive of GST.
- (Linen Hire only) — included when you add linen at $50 per bed.
- (Essentials Top-Up only) — included when you add the Essentials Top-Up at $30. Refillable containers to be provided by the host.

- Empty dishwasher and sink
- Remove all leftover food and drinks
- Clean and disinfect benchtops and stovetop
- Check and clean oven as required
- Clean inside and outside of refrigerator and microwave
- Check and clean toaster and coffee machine
- Dust skirting
- Vacuum and mop
- Re-stock coffee, tea, sugar, salt and bin liners (Essentials Top-Up only)
- Clean sink
- Disinfect surfaces
- Vacuum and mop
- Restock washing powder / liquid (Essentials Top-Up only)
- Strip used linen and make beds with fresh linen (Linen Hire only)
- Dust and disinfect furniture, artwork and décor
- Clean wardrobes and check for left-behind items
- Clean mirrors
- Dust skirtings
- Vacuum and mop
- Place towels on bed (Linen Hire only) — 2 × towels, 1 × hand towel, 1 × face towel, 1 × floor mat
- Clean and disinfect sinks and vanity areas
- Clean and polish mirrors
- Thoroughly clean and disinfect toilets
- Clean and scrub bathtub and shower
- Polish shower screen
- Empty bins
- Clean out drains
- Vacuum and mop
- Re-stock toilet paper and fill hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash (Essentials Top-Up only)
- Vacuum lounge
- Fluff and arrange cushions and pillows
- Dust and disinfect furniture and surfaces
- Clean dining table and chairs
- Empty bins
- Wipe down skirtings
- Vacuum and mop floors
- Re-stock sponges, dish liquid and dishwasher tablets (Essentials Top-Up only)
- Wipe down outdoor furniture
- Clean BBQ as required
- Remove all rubbish
- Ensure the balcony is clean, tidy and guest-ready
Which items depend on an add-on
Linen package — $50 per bed. Covers the bedroom items marked Linen Hire only: stripping used linen, making beds with fresh linen, and placing towels on the bed. Each bed includes 4 standard pillow cases, 1 fitted sheet, 1 flat sheet, 1 quilt cover, 1 hand towel, 1 face towel, 1 floor mat and 1 tea towel.
Amenities package — Essentials Top-Up, $30. Covers the restocking items marked Essentials Top-Up only across the kitchen, laundry, bathrooms and living and dining areas. Refillable containers to be provided by the host.
Without these packages, every other item on the checklist is still completed as part of the hourly clean. All prices are exclusive of GST.
As part of every clean, our cleaners also carefully inspect the property for any visible damage, missing items, breakages or maintenance issues. If something is identified, we provide a clear damage report with photos and details.
