Airbnb Cleaning
Our core service is the turnover clean: everything that needs to happen between one guest checking out and the next checking in. We charge a single hourly rate of $55 and there are no extras. We do what needs to be done to leave your property sparkling.
What's included
- 1 Every room worked through against our standard checklist
- 2 Kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, laundry and balcony
- 3 Beds stripped and remade where the linen option is booked
- 4 Damage, breakages and maintenance issues reported with photos
Our team comes from a background in builders cleans and post-construction cleaning, where precision and attention to detail are essential. That is the standard we bring to skirtings, shower screens, oven interiors and every other surface a guest will notice.
All prices are exclusive of GST.
We charge $55 per hour, exclusive of GST. There is no per-item surcharge and no separate line for the awkward jobs. The time a property takes depends on its size and the state it is left in.
Sunday and public holidays incur a 25% surcharge. Where a property has no parking facilities and a parking fee is incurred, that fee is passed on to the host.
Any changes or cancellations to bookings must be advised within 24 hours or will incur a 50% fee. Invoices are payable within 7 days; unpaid invoices incur interest at 7% per week.
