The hourly clean covers the property. These three options cover what the guest touches first: the bed they sleep in, the consumables they run down, and the arrival.

Add any of them to a booking, or none. All prices are exclusive of GST.

Linen — $50 per bed. Unlocks the bedroom checklist items marked Linen Hire only: stripping used linen and making beds with fresh linen, and placing towels on the bed — 2 × towels, 1 × hand towel, 1 × face towel and 1 × floor mat.

Essentials Top-Up — $30. Unlocks the restocking items across the kitchen (coffee, tea, sugar, salt and bin liners), the laundry (washing powder or liquid), the bathrooms (toilet paper, and filling hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash) and the living and dining areas (sponges, dish liquid and dishwasher tablets).

One thing we need from you. For the Essentials Top-Up, refillable containers are to be provided by the host. We fill hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash into the containers already in the property, so the presentation stays consistent with your listing photos.
