One hourly rate, three optional add-ons
To ensure our service is as seamless as possible, we charge an hourly rate. This means no extras. We do everything that needs to be done to leave your property sparkling. All prices below are exclusive of GST.
Hourly Rate
$55/hour

- The full room-by-room cleaning checklist
- Kitchen, laundry, bedrooms, bathrooms
- Living and dining areas
- Balcony and outdoor area
- Damage reporting with photos and details
Linen Option
$50/bed
- Fresh linen supplied and made up, per bed
- 4 × Standard pillow cases
- 1 × Fitted sheet, 1 × Flat sheet
- 1 × Quilt cover
- 1 × Hand towel, 1 × Face towel
- 1 × Floor mat, 1 × Tea towel
Essentials Top-Up
$30/clean
- Restocks the consumables guests use
- Toilet paper, bin liners, paper towels
- Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap
- Laundry powder / liquid
- Dishwashing soap, dishwashing tablets, sponges
- Coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper
- Refillable containers provided by the host

$25/clean

Terms that apply to every booking

- GST. All prices are exclusive of GST.
- Sunday and public holidays. A 25% surcharge applies.
- Parking. Properties without parking facilities that incur a parking fee will have the parking fee passed on to the host.
- Changes and cancellations. Any changes or cancellations to bookings must be advised within 24 hours or will incur a 50% fee.
- Invoices. Invoices must be paid within 7 days.
- Late payment. Unpaid invoices will incur interest at a rate of 7% per week.
- Property care. Sydney BNB Clean will not take responsibility for pre-existing damage, faulty appliances, or issues caused by guests or third parties.
