We collect only the personal information we reasonably need to quote for, arrange and deliver our services, and to run our business.

Through the booking form on this website:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number
  • The property address to be cleaned
  • Property details, including property type, number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms and number of beds
  • Scheduling details, including preferred clean date, guest checkout time and next check-in time
  • Add-ons selected
  • Access details, including access method and any access instructions you choose to provide
  • Parking availability at the property
  • Any free-text notes you provide

Through the contact form:

  • Your name, email address, optional phone number, optional property suburb or address, and your message

When you contact us directly:

  • Information contained in emails, phone calls and messages you send us

Automatically, when you use the website:

  • Technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited and referring pages, collected through cookies and similar technologies. See our Cookie Policy.

In the course of providing services:

  • Photographs and written notes recorded as part of damage reporting and property care. These relate to the condition of the property rather than to individuals, but may incidentally capture personal items or information.

We do not collect payment card details through this website.

We do not collect sensitive information as defined in the Privacy Act unless you volunteer it and it is reasonably necessary for our services.

2. How we collect it

We collect personal information directly from you: through the website forms, by email, by phone, and in the course of arranging and performing a clean.

Where you provide us with personal information about another person, such as a co-host, a property manager, a building concierge or a guest, you should ensure that person is aware of this policy and consents to their information being provided to us.

We do not sell personal information.

We do not charge for making a request. We may charge a reasonable fee for the cost of providing access in some circumstances.

If you believe we have breached the Australian Privacy Principles or otherwise mishandled your personal information, please contact us using the details below. Set out the issue in writing so we can investigate it properly.
