We charge an hourly rate of $55. To ensure our service is as seamless as possible, this means no extras. We do everything that needs to be done to leave your property sparkling. All prices are exclusive of GST.
It means the work is not broken into surcharged line items. Cleaning the oven, the inside of the fridge and microwave, the shower screen or the balcony is part of the standard checklist, not an add-on. The optional extras we do offer are linen, the essentials top up and the welcome basket, and they are priced separately and clearly.
No. All prices are exclusive of GST.
Yes. Sunday and public holidays incur a 25% surcharge.
Properties without parking facilities that incur a parking fee will have the parking fee passed on to the host.
Any changes or cancellations to bookings must be advised within 24 hours or will incur a 50% fee.
Invoices must be paid within 7 days. Unpaid invoices will incur interest at a rate of 7% per week.
Linen is $50 per bed and includes 4 standard pillow cases, 1 fitted sheet, 1 flat sheet, 1 quilt cover, 1 hand towel, 1 face towel, 1 floor mat and 1 tea towel. It also covers the checklist items marked Linen Hire only: stripping used linen, making beds with fresh linen, and placing towels on the bed.
The Essentials Top-Up is $30 and covers toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, bin liners, laundry powder or liquid, paper towels, dishwashing soap, dishwashing tablets, sponges, coffee, tea, sugar, salt and pepper.
Yes. Refillable containers are to be provided by the host, so we can fill hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash into the containers already in your property.
The Welcome Basket is $25. It is a thoughtful selection of snacks prepared for guests upon arrival. It creates a warm first impression, makes guests feel valued and adds a premium touch to the stay. Small details like this can help improve guest satisfaction and encourage positive reviews.

As part of every clean, our cleaners carefully inspect the property for any visible damage, missing items, breakages or maintenance issues. If something is identified, we provide a clear damage report with photos and details, giving you the information you need to address the issue quickly.
Sydney BNB Cleaning will not take responsibility for pre-existing damage, faulty appliances, or issues caused by guests or third parties. Our reporting gives you visibility of the issue so you can act on it.
